Warriors vs Cavaliers NBA Finals Game 4 Free Pick

Game 4 of the NBA Finals best of seven series tips off from Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland on Friday when the Golden State Warriors visit the Cleveland Cavaliers. The current line on top sportsbooks has Golden State favored by 6 points with the over/under point total on 228.5.

Cleveland played very well in Game 3 but still came up short. The Cavaliers trail 3-0 in the series and have their backs against the wall. Cleveland looks to start a historic comeback with a Game 4 win otherwise the season is over and Golden State wins the NBA championship.

LeBron James told reporters after Game 3 that he has never faced a team during his entire career with the firepower that Golden State has. That talent helped Golden State overcome a deficit of six points with an 11-0 run over the final three minutes to win Game 3.

The Warriors are now 15-0 during the postseason and with a win on Friday would become the first NBA team in the history of the league to go undefeated throughout the playoffs. › Continue reading

Warriors vs Cavaliers NBA Finals Game 3 Free Pick

Game 3 of the NBA Finals best of seven series tips off Wednesday night when the Golden State Warriors visit the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Warriors lead the series 2-0 after winning two straight at home. The current line on top sportsbooks has Golden State favored by 3.5 points with the over/under point total on 226.

Cleveland was not much competition for Golden State in Games 1 and 2 but look to use the advantage of being at home to narrow the Warriors lead to one game. Last season the Cavaliers were down 3-1 in the series and rallied to win the title so they know anything is possible.

Golden State won the first two games of the series by a 20.5-point average but knows the Cavaliers can rally from adversity to win the series thanks to the talent of players such as LeBron James, Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving.

Irving knows that the Cavaliers can rally but is aware how important Game 3 is for the team. If Cleveland wins Game 3 the series is 2-1, but a loss would put their back to the wall down 3-0 and the team would have to win 4 straight to win the NBA title. › Continue reading

Cavaliers vs Warriors NBA Finals Game 2 Free Pick

Game 2 of the NBA Finals best of seven series tips off from Oracle Arena in Oakland, California Sunday night when the Cleveland Cavaliers visit the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors routed the Cavaliers in Game 1.

The current line on top sportsbooks has Golden State favored by 8.5 points with the over/under point total on 220.5.

Golden State’s 22-point win on Thursday night in Game 1 sent a big message to Cleveland. Forward Kevin Durant and point guard Stephen Curry were the offensive catalysts for the Warriors.

Durant has not been in the Finals since losing to LeBron James and Miami in 2012, while he was with the Oklahoma City Thunder. In Game 1, Durant scored 38 points, grabbed 8 boards, handed out 8 assists and did not turn the ball over. › Continue reading

Cavaliers vs Warriors Game 1 NBA Finals Free Pick

Game 1 of the NBA Finals best of seven series will tip off from Oracle Arena in Oakland, California on Thursday when the Cleveland Cavaliers visit the Golden State Warriors.

The current line on top sportsbooks has Golden State favored by 7 points with the over/under point total on 225.5.

Thus far in the postseason this year, Golden State is a perfect 12-0 and considered heavy favorites to win the NBA Championship. Nevertheless, the Cavaliers are the defending champions and the Warriors will not have an easy time trying to dethrone them. › Continue reading

Cavaliers vs Warriors NBA Finals Game 7 Free Pick

Game 7 of the best of seven NBA Finals will be played on Sunday June 19 at Oracle Arena between the visiting Cleveland Cavaliers and the host Golden State Warriors to determine the NBA Champions.

The current line has Golden State favored on its home court by 5 points with the over/under point total sitting on 206.5. The Cavaliers have won two straight after trailing 3-1 in the series thus reducing the Finals to a winner take all in one game on Sunday.

Even though the series is tied 3-3, it has been made up of lopsided victories. Each of the six games played have ended with margins in the double digits. Each of the games has not had any suspense down the stretch in the fourth quarter, but Sunday’s final will have everyone on the edge of their seats.

Golden State lost just nine games during the 82-game regular season, setting a new record in the process. However, they could lose the NBA Finals with their ninth postseason loss, if they come up short against the Cavaliers on Sunday.    › Continue reading

Warriors vs Cavaliers NBA Finals Game 6 Free Pick

Game 6 of the NBA Finals best of seven series will be played at Quicken Loans Arena on Thursday when the Cleveland Cavaliers host the Golden State Warriors. The current line has Cleveland favored by 2 points with the over/under point total sitting on 207.5.

Cleveland needed record setting performances from LeBron James and Kyrie Irving in Game 5 to remain alive and send the series back to Cleveland and both players delivered. The two will attempt to follow up those efforts when Golden State welcomes back Draymond Green following his suspension.

Green was suspended for one game due to a flagrant foul committed during Game 4. The defense for Golden State suffered without their leader. Steve Kerr the head coach for Golden State said his team did not pick up well in transition and allowed Cleveland players to get free and score.

James and Irving became on the first two teammates in the history of the NBA Finals to score 40 points or more in the same game as both scored 41 during Game 5. James praised how Irving had what he called one of the best performances he has ever seen.    › Continue reading

Cavaliers vs Warriors NBA Finals Game 5 Free Pick

Game 5 of the NBA Finals best of seven series tips off tonight from Oracle Arena when the Golden State Warriors host the Cleveland Cavaliers. Golden State leads the series 3-1 and can win the NBA championship with a win at home Monday.

The current line has Golden State favored by 5.5 points with the over/under point total sitting on 205. Cleveland has its collective backs squarely against the wall, as it needs to win three straight games to win the NBA title with the first of three on Monday on the road.

Golden State will play Game 5 on Monday without forward Draymond Green who was suspended by the league. He swung at and hit LeBron James in Game 4 and was issued a flagrant foul. Green will not be in Oracle Arena for the game due to his suspension. It was his four flagrant foul during this postseason.

Steve Kerr the Golden State head coach has not yet announced who will play in Green’s place nor did he answer directly when asked if he was disappointed in Green. Kerr said those things stayed amongst the coaches and players and was not something they commented on.    › Continue reading

Warriors vs Cavaliers NBA Finals Game 4 Free Pick

Game 4 of the NBA Finals best of seven series will be played on Friday at Quicken Loans Arena when the Cleveland Cavaliers host the Golden State Warriors. The current line has Cleveland favored by 2 points with the over/under total on 206.

Cleveland returned home and was able to change the tone of the Finals with a dominating performance in Game 3 and looks to even the series at 2-2 with a win on Friday at home. The Cavaliers must decide if Kevin Love will return to the starting lineup. He missed Game 3 with a concussion and the defense improved.

Without Love, Cleveland went to a lineup that was smaller with LeBron James at power forward while Richard Jefferson took the spot vacated by James at small forward, which was able to solve certain problems with matchups the Cavaliers had with Golden State’s Draymond Green in Games 1 and 2.

Tyronn Lue the Cleveland head coach said the team needed Love back in the lineup, but would not commit to him starting. Lue did admit that without Love the team needs help in rebounding, as well as Love’s three-point shooting.   › Continue reading

Cavaliers vs Warriors NBA Finals Game 2 Free Pick

Game 2 of the NBA Finals will tip off from Oracle Arena in Oakland, California on Sunday when the Golden State Warriors host the Cleveland Cavaliers. The current line has Golden State favored by 6 points with the over/under point total sitting on 208.5.

Golden State won Game 1 of the series on Thursday and looks to take a 2-0 lead with a Game 2 win Sunday. The Warriors led by NBA MVP Stephen Curry and backcourt mate Klay Thompson showed in Game 1 why they set a new regular season win record this season.

The two top shooters for the Warriors combined for only 20 points on their 27 shots, but Golden State was able to come away with the win. Cleveland was pleased with how it played on defense, but needs to pick up his offensive output if they hope to win.

Cleveland’s starting five played well in Game 1, but its bench was outscored 45-10. The second unit for Cleveland that features LeBron James, Channing Frye, Matthew Dellavedova, Iman Shumpert and Richard Jefferson has been very productive this postseason for the Cavaliers.    › Continue reading

Cavaliers vs Warriors NBA Finals Game 1 Free Pick

The NBA Finals have arrived. On Thursday, Game 1 of the best of seven series will tip off from Oracle Arena when the Cleveland Cavaliers visit the Golden State Warriors. The current line has Golden State favored by 5.5 points with the over/under point total sitting on 210.

Golden State believes their record setting regular season win total of 73 will not be complete unless they add a second consecutive NBA title but once again have Cleveland in their way to the title. Stephen Curry the Warriors two-time NBA MVP has fully recovered from his knee injury.

Curry feels he and his teammates are better than last season due to experience and what they have gone through this postseason to reach the finals. Cleveland shooting forward LeBron James said his team is in a good position to win this rematch and was surprised Golden State was so heavily favored.

This is the seventh time James has played in the NBA Finals. Thus far, he is 2-4 in NBA Finals with the two wins coming while playing for the Miami Heat. In last season’s NBA Finals, James did not have Kyrie Irving or Kevin Love as both were out injured.    › Continue reading
