UNLV vs. Wyoming Free Pick

The Cowboys of Wyoming will visit the UNLV Rebels March 8 at the Thomas & Mack Center. The Rebels are currently posted as 9.5-point favorites over the Cowboys. Wyoming ended their regular season with an overall record of 20-10. The Rebels enjoyed a very successful season as they finished 25-7. Both teams outscore their opponents on average. The Cowboys offense scores 8 points more than their defense allows. The Rebels offense score nearly 11.5 points more than their defense gives up.

Wyoming’s Muojeke Out

The only player listed as injured for the two teams is the Cowboys’ Afam Muojeke who is out indefinitelywith a knee injury. Wyoming has not fared well of late on the road and is 0-5 SU and ATS in their last five games away from home.

Head to head the Rebels of UNLV hold a distinct advantage over the Cowboys over the last 10 games played between the two teams. UNLV is 8-2 SU in those 10 games, while Wyoming is 6-4 ATS in those 10 games. The total has been OVER in 6 of those same 10 games. This season the two met twice. Each team won on their home court. Both game totals paid out to OVER bettors. In UNLV’s win, they covered a 10.5-point favorite spread, while the Cowboys covered an underdog spread of 4 points when they won their matchup of the season series.

Wyoming is just 2-3 SU in their last five games to end the regular season. The Rebels of UNLV are 3-2 SU in their last five games, including their defeat of Wyoming last Saturday. The Rebels have a much more potent offense and their defense can play tough when they have to. Their 25-7 record stands for itself and the Rebels will win this game SU and the Cowboys will win ATS. Sharp money is going for the total to be OVER.
