Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Utah Jazz Free Pick

Utah Jazz

The Utah Jazz will travel to Quicken Loans Arena to take on the Cleveland Cavaliers in an NBA matchup March 5. Both teams have struggled this season and that is apparent in their respective win loss records. The Jazz are 17-19 after losing Saturday night to the Dallas Mavericks. The Cavaliers are just 13-22 this season and lost Saturday night to the Washington Wizards.

Utah is currently in 11th place in the playoff race in the Western Conference and therefore would not qualify for the playoffs if the season ended today. Their offense is scoring over 96 points per game but their defense is giving up even more at 97.5 per game. They also have two players Raja Bell and Jamaal Tinsley who are day to day on the injury list.

Cleveland is just 13-22 following their defeat by the Wizards and is currently sitting in the 10th spot in the Eastern Conference playoff race and they too would not qualify if the season ended today. Offensively they are averaging 93.7 points per games but their defense is giving up over 98 per games. They too have two players on the injured list. Christian Eyenga is day to day and Anderson Varejao who is out indefinitely.

Head to head the two teams could not be closer. They are both 5-5 SU in their last 10 games played against one another. The last outing was on January 10 and Utah won 113-105 to cover a 6-point favorite spread. Utah is 2-3 SU in their last five games but that includes an upset win over Miami. Cleveland is 0-5 SU in their last five and it includes losses to mediocre teams such as Washington and New Orleans.

Utah will be playing away but has played better lately than Cleveland has. They also beat Cleveland earlier in the season and have a better defense than the Cavaliers have. Sharp money is being placed on the Jazz to win ATS. A total of UNDER looks like it will have good results as well. Bet Jazz and Under now at JustBet for 100% Bonus.
