Steelers vs. Browns Betting Pick

Browns QB Colt McCoy

At last count almost 80% of the public was eating the 14 point line and betting Pittsburgh to cover. They may be right and cash when the day is done and head into the weekend with some positive flow. However, we are going to roll the dice and take Cleveland in what used to be an ‘across the border’ rivalry.  Some may say this is still a rivalry but that isn’t so because that would infer that the Browns win. I would say the rivalry for Pittsburgh has seen the been replaced with the Ravens and the Browns new rivalry are themselves.  They cannot seem to win games because they make so many mistakes.

Pittsburgh has won 14 of 15 against Cleveland and seven in a row at Heinz Field since a 33-13 loss in 2003. It has won the last three in Pittsburgh by an average of 20.7 points.

Everything traditionally points to the Steelers in this game so we say take the Cleveland pick with a bit of salt. Actually, with a whole pillar of salt. But the point spread is big enough to bet the underdog here.
